You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, circumvention of these Official Rules, or other unfair playing practices.
Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age or older as of August 14, 2023, except (i) where prohibited or restricted by applicable law, or (ii) for employees of JVEB, Inc. (“Sponsor”), as well as its parent company and subsidiaries, and members of any such employee’s immediate family or persons living in the same household. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify entrants and winners based on ineligibility. Your participating in the promotion constitutes your confirmation that you are eligible to enter and eligible claim any prize you may win. Sponsor may be required additional proof of your eligibility per Section 5(b) hereof.
There shall be one (1) prize winner (each a “winner”).
The winner shall win one (1) Juvee Prize Package, which consists of one (1) Juvee Fridge and (ii) four (4) Juvee Variety Packs. Each Juvee Prize Pack has an approximate value of $844 USD.
Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Limit one winner per family or household. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by a winner.
EACH PRIZE IS “AS-IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. ACCEPTANCE, PARTICIPATION IN, AND/OR USE OF THE PRIZE IS AT WINNER’S SOLE RISK, AND SPONSOR SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, AS FURTHER DETAILED IN SECTION 6.
Winners will randomly be selected by the Sponsor from among all eligible entries.
Once selected, potential winners will be notified and contacted by Sponsor via email. Upon Sponsor’s request, potential winners must sign and return any required paperwork reasonably requested by Sponsor, which may include an affidavit of eligibility and release, as well as any applicable tax forms, within two (2) days of the date of notice or such other date set by Sponsor at the time of notification. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize, and Sponsor shall have the option, but not obligation, to award the prize to an alternate winner.
The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable or the making of false statements by winner may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.
If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may select, but does not have the obligation to select, from all the eligible entrants a new winner to fill the vacancy.
All income taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Each winner may be issued a 1099 tax form for the approximate retail value of the prize. Failure to take or use any portion of the prize does not relieve the winner of their tax obligations associated with winning the prize.
WINNERS AND ENTRANTS HEREBY AGREE THAT BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR ACCEPTING A PRIZE ALSO CONSTITUTES PERMISSION TO SPONSOR TO USE THEIR NAME, VOICE, LIKENESS, STATEMENTS, AND BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION, AS WELL AS A COPY OF THE VIDEO, IMAGE OR TEXT POST CREATED FOR ENTRY INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES FOR MARKETING, PROMOTIONAL, PUBLICITY, OR TRADE PURPOSES WITHOUT FURTHER COMPENSATION, NOTIFICATION, OPPORTUNITY TO REVIEW, OR RIGHT OF APPROVAL, UNLESS PROHIBITED BY LAW. EACH WINNER AND ENTRANT HEREBY RELEASES SPONSOR FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY RELATED THERETO. NOTHING CONTAINED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES OBLIGATES SPONSOR TO MAKE USE OF ANY OF THE AFOREMENTIONED RIGHTS, AND EACH WINNER AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO INSPECT OR APPROVE ANY SUCH USE.
BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS RESPECTIVE MANAGERS, MEMBERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIM, LIABILITY, INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH), LOSS, DAMAGE (INCLUDING PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES), OR EXPENSE (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) OF ANY KIND ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE, ANY PORTION THEREOF, OR IN PARTICIPATION IN ANY PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, THE FOREGOING EXCLUSIONS FROM LIABILITY INCLUDE THE CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT OF ANY PRIZE-RELATED EVENT OR ANY TRAVEL OR ACTIVITY RELATED TO THE RECEIPT OR USE OF A PRIZE.
Sponsor will not be responsible for: late, misdirected, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prizes. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor.
Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity in the sweepstakes or these Official Rules. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of California, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Los Angeles, California.
If any term or provision of these Official Rules is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of these Official Rules or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction.
In order to participate in the Sweepstakes, entrants may be required to supply certain information about themselves. This information will be used by Sponsor for purposes of administering the sweepstakes, and may be shared with its affiliates and subsidiaries. Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy available at https://drinkjuvee.com/pages/privacy-policy.
This is a sweepstakes and shall be based on “chance”; the likelihood of winning, therefore, depends on the number of eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period.

A winner list can be made available sixty (60) days after the final winners of the sweepstakes have been announced by mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor at the address listed above; provided, however, that such winner list request is received within one hundred twenty (120) days of the conclusion of the sweepstakes after the winners have been announced. Residents of Vermont may omit the return postage on their request.
