Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping with Juvee. Any item (each a “Product”) you purchase from JVEB, Inc. (hereafter referred to as “we,” “us,” and “our”) is subject to this “Replacement Policy” as specified in our Terms of Service.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR ANY PRODUCTS OR ITEMS SOLD BY US. 

If you have received damaged and/or defective Products, please see below for your next steps. 

Damaged or Defective Products

In the event you receive a Product that is damaged and/or defective upon your receipt of said Product, you may qualify to have your damaged/defective Product replaced, pursuant to the Replacement Process detailed below. 

Replacement

To request replacement of a damaged or defective Product, please reach out to support@drinkjuvee.com. We will work with you to process your damaged or defective Product on a case-by-case basis. All requests for damaged or defective Products must include images of any Product damage or defect. All damaged or defective Products will be evaluated by us to determine if they qualify for a replacement. Nothing herein guarantees you a replacement on any damaged or defective Products. 

You have twenty one (21) calendar days after the date you place your order with us to initiate a replacement request for your Products.  If you do not initiate the Replacement Process in the applicable timeframe, we will not accept the replacement request of said Products, and your Products will no longer qualify to be replaced by us.

Replacement Denial

We may, in our sole and absolute discretion, deny your request to replace any Product. All replacement requests are approved or denied in our sole and absolute discretion.  For the avoidance of doubt, nothing herein obligates us to accept your replacement request or provide you with store credit, gift cards, and/or refunds. REQUESTING A REPLACEMENT FOR A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOU WILL RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT FOR SAID PRODUCT.

Returns and Refunds

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any Products. 

Exchanges 

We are unable to accept exchanges for any Products. 

Updating the Replacement Policy

We reserve the right to update this Replacement Policy at any time in our sole and absolute discretion. Any such updates or changes will be effective immediately upon being posted, unless otherwise stated in the change. NOTHING CONTAINED HEREIN GUARANTEES YOU THE RIGHT TO REPLACEMENT OF ANY PRODUCT.
